My focus is always on wildlife. The best birding locations are full of potential for finding rare and unique species and observing vast numbers of birds, but achieving that potential can prove exceedingly challenging when exploring new and unfamiliar locations. Especially when there is limited public knowledge, restricted access to land, and turbulent politics surrounding targeted areas. This is where hiring a guide can be invaluable. I take care to organize tours that maximize the potential of seeing the species you are after while also ensuring safe and comfortable travels.

Herping
Are reptiles and amphibians your passion?
Reptiles and amphibians have always been my bread and butter, and they are also responsible for sparking my earliest interests in wildlife. Due to their generally secretive nature and cryptic appearance, reptiles and amphibians can be exceptionally difficult to track down. On top of that, there is generally little public information available, and in many locations there arent even adequate field guides to identify all of the possible species. Utilizing a guide can prove well worth your while when traveling in areas you are unfamiliar with.

I love designing and coordinating new and unusual types of trips. Butterflies, cephalopods, other invertebrates, etc. are all on the table.
